Student Success Center Teacher
The Student Success Center Teacher/Inclusive Education Specialist is responsible for providing support for individual students with Individualized Education Plan, IP/504s and other support plans in a variety of subjects. SSTs will serve as a co teacher inside the classroom and will work one on one with students who require individualized support.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Required):
- Degree in Special Education: basic knowledge of psychometrics, learning theories, national special education law, standardized tests, differentiated instruction.
- Language proficiency (written and oral) in English and Spanish.
- Advanced knowledge of special education theory and practice
- Psychometric Assessment skills: Determining a student’s unique strengths and needs is an important part of special education. Teachers need to be skilled at assessment and recommending the best course of action for their students.
- Two year experience in Special Education that allowed them to work with children/teens with specific needs and disabilities.
- Ability to create and monitor individualized support plans.
- Proficient in using email and Google Suite, skills for managing files, recording and reporting progress electronically.
- Good communication skills to assertively communicate with administrators, teachers, parents, students and all school staff.

Advancement Coordinator
Advancement is the strategic process by which schools advance mission-appropriate constituent relations through the integration of the school’s admission, marketing and communications, and development programs.
Description
This position serves as the lead staff member responsible for processing gifts, donor acknowledgments, and varied financial reports, and maintains and enhances stewardship programs. The position has significant responsibilities in the areas of data and gift entry to ensure that all cash gifts, stock donations, and pledges are accurately recorded in the and reconciled with the Financial Office. This position also provides administrative support and assistance to the Advancement Office related to marketing, communications and admissions.

Job Description
The Advancement Coordinator’s key responsibilities include:
Development (50%)
- Development of a fundraising strategy.
- Management and maintenance of the donor database.
- Tracking and compiling data, preparing reports related to funding streams.
- Overseeing the grant cycle including managing the grant calendar, application process, and reporting.
- Act as a liaison with volunteer grant writers.
- Preparing acknowledgement letters and other communications for donors in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development, writing and editing of publications such as annual reports, event-related publications and the website.
- With Director of Advancement, help develop tasks and strategies to meet goals for near and long-term fund development programs.
- Coordinating an effective system for recognition, involvement, and stewardship of special gifts donors.
- Supporting fundraising activities related to major gifts, planned gifts and corporate and foundation philanthropy.
- Availability on weekends for special events.
Admissions (40%)
- Recruit prospective families that fit under the “EIS Family Profile”.
- Support the admissions process by guiding prospective families through the “ Admissions Experience Cycle”.
- Communicate with applicants on a regular basis regarding their application status.
- Data and reporting (Key Performance Indicators.)
Marketing & Communications(10%)
- Support the foreign hiring process through effective marketing and communication actions.
- Act as a liaison between Human Resources and the foreign hires, ensuring an appropriate and effective communication among both parties.
- Support in the revision of school-wide communications, content, etc.
- Social Media Management, School Communications, and other related as assigned.
- Data & reporting.
