I warmly welcome you to our school's admissions process. EIS is committed to providing a loving and intellectually demanding atmosphere that encourages our students' growth and development. Our admissions process is designed to help us get to know your child and your family while also providing you with information about our school and what we have to offer. We understand how important it is to choose the right school for your children. We believe that every child has the potential to succeed, and we are dedicated to assisting each EIS bulldog in reaching their full potential. At EIS, there’s a program for every child. Phase 1
Step 1: Online application
Every student must submit an online application to start the admissions process, one per student.
Step 2: Delivery of student documents
As part of the admission process, it is necessary for the parents to present the following documents of the student:
Original Birth Certificate (Apostilled if you are a foreigner)
Certificate of Good Health
Two Passport size photographs
Copy of the Vaccination Card
Medical Information Sheet (the school will provide it)
Step 3: Placement Reservation
Parents are required to pay the annual fee in order to reserve the students space
Phase 2
Step 4: Official Student Enrollment
Parents must sign a school contract that contains policies, rules, norms and internal agreements of our institution. Notification will be sent to your emails. Admission to Toddlers does not guarantee admission to nursery, it will be subject to the academic evaluation of the child and compliance with our internal admission policy. Escuela Internacional Sampedrana reserves the right of admission.

Phase 1
Step 1: Online application
Every student must submit an online application to start the admissions process, one per student.
Step 2: Delivery of documents and Interview
As part of the admission process, it is necessary for the parent to present the documentation described below. This documentation is strictly confidential. The purpose of the interview is the delivery of the requested physical documentation and to publicize the Admission Policies
Two personal Letters of Reference from current EIS parents
Work certificate (Both parents)
Bank records with balances and averages
Credit cards statements with available credit
Copy of Identity Card
Copy of the RTN
Copy of Electricity Bill
Authorization to Credit Statements (the school will provide it)
Criminal and Police Background
Income Source Statement (the school will provide it)
Student Documentation
Original Birth Certificate (Apostilled if you are a foreigner)
Certificate of Good Health
Eye exam
Ear exam
Two passport size photographs
Copy of the Vaccination Card
Medical Information Sheet (the school will provide it)
Student Insurance
Letter of conduct previous school
Previous school solvency letter
Qualifications from previous years/study certification
Phase 2
Step 3: Admission Test
You must cancel the value of $100 the date, time and place of the exam will be scheduled and notified by the Admissions Department of those potential students whose parents or legal guardian have obtained administrative approval to continue with phase 2 of this admission process. The results of the admissions exam will be provided in 3 business days after the evaluations have been carried out.
Step 4: Admission Resolution
The complete student file will be evaluated by the Admissions Office. Subsequently, the Admissions office will contact you to indicate the decision made.
Step 5: Placement Reservation
Parents must pay 50% as a reservation of space, once the school requests it. A payment plan will be made and sent to your mail. You can make your payment at EIS, at Banco Ficohsa and Banpaís (provide your family code), and on our online platform (Family code and Access passwords will be created and sent to your emails).
Step 6: Official Student Enrollment
This consists of the signing of contracts and account statements to be paid for all parents of families who register their children for the 2023-2024 school period. Written notification will be sent once it is ready for its respective signature. School payments are made online with your credit or debit cards or at Banpaís and Ficohsa Banks. You will receive access passwords and account statements once your children are officially enrolled. Any questions or queries, the Admissions Department is at your entire disposal.
